        Markus Derrell Collier. I was born in Demopolis, Alabama to the loved and highly respected Markus Glass and Janet Collier. I graduated on top of my class with the highest GPA from John Essey High. There I was active in project  540, football, and track. I also was a role model for my younger 10 siblings, five of them attended the same school. Now I serve as a national Guardsman in Demopolis. From my experience in life, I have depicted a motto which is " things happen for a reason, you've got to find the significance in the reason."
